The Plas-Ties XLS and HD series twist tying machines securely tie up to 2” diameter bundles by putting 2-1/2 twists in each tie at up to 60 ties per minute. The HD series is available in 3/8”, 1/2” and 7/8” inch capacities. The XL2 is adjustable to allow tying 1/2" to 2” bundles.

The Bedford Ring Tyer is a heavy-duty twist tie machine that automatically adjusts to tie bundles with a diameter from 1–8.5 inches. It is easy to operate and ties up to 45 bundles per minute with 3 twists per tie. It is exceptionally durable and requires minimal maintenance.

Tach-it has both fixed and adjustable capacity twist tying machine along with a handy hand-held model. The Tach-it 3567 can tie up to ½” items, while the Tach-it 3570 and the 3510 hand-held models are adjustable from 1/8” to 1-3/8”.

The Plas-ties XL8 and XLS twist tying machines securely tie up to 8” diameter bundles. Tie lengths are self-adjusting. The XLS also has settings for the number of twists and the tension applied by the tie. Both can apply double-wire ties for heavy duty applications.
